The name Morning Light is one of the translations of the Scandinavian deity of Spring. Her name is Eostre, similar to her German equivalent Ostara (which is where we get much of our modern traditions from today.) Much of her symbolism & lore has essentially been borrowed from other better-known Pagan deities such as the Norse goddess Freya. No matter what you choose to celebrate, Morning Light makes a lovely addition to your candle collection, adding a freshness to your home like finally opening the windows after a long, cold winter.
