SHIPPING FAQ'S
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders may require 7-10 business days to process and ship, though we try hard to get them out as quickly as possible. Once the package is dropped off at USPS /UPS it is out of our hands.

How long will my order take to arrive?
This is entirely up to the courier service, though most orders take no longer than 5 days depending on where you are in the country. Tracking information will be provided to you. I do not have a direct line or any insight as far as what goes on with packages once they are dropped off, I see the same tracking page as you do.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, we are only shipping within the US.

Why hasn't my tracking been updated?
Due to the overwhelming amount of packages received by USPS, sometimes it can take longer for them to get scanned in during the transit process. If you are having issues with your tracking please contact your local post office for updates.Â

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you have not yet received the tracking info, there is a chance that the address can be updated. If you have already received your tracking, then we cannot change the address as the package is already in transit.

I ordered twice, can you combine my orders?
As I am but a small team of one, I currently cannot accommodate combining orders. If you placed more than one order you will receive them separately.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items
Witch Haus Alchemy LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen items or delayed items.
Once an item is shipped we do not have any more information than you do. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number.
Witch Haus Alchemy LLC is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for any errors made by USPS.
If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint directly with USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before an insurance claim can be filed and the order can be replaced.
If your order says "Delivered" but the package has not arrived...
This can happen often. We have access to the same tracking info that you do and we strongly advise that you contact your local post office or USPS customer service.
Item arrived damaged
If your item arrived damaged or you are experiencing an issue with an item please send us photos, a description as well as your order number so that we may help best resolve the issue.
